1. The service
Lead Strategist is an online service that gives read-only access to Danish company data (CVR) and figures from annual reports through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Payments are not open yet. When they open, we will offer prepaid credits and monthly plans as described on the pricing page. Prices are in Danish kroner excl. VAT. Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded when you cancel.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because Lead Strategist is a digital service that is delivered immediately after purchase, you agree to immediate delivery when you complete the payment and accept that the right of withdrawal lapses, in accordance with section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
5. Data and liability
Lead Strategist is provided "as is". The data comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Company master data is not yet updated daily. We aim for high quality and reliability but cannot guarantee error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.
Companies with CVR advertising protection must not be contacted for marketing. You are responsible for your own use of the data, including under the GDPR and the Danish Marketing Practices Act.
6. Changes
We may change prices and terms. We will give existing customers reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after a change means that you accept it.
7. Who runs the service
Lead Strategist is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and is run by LundPedersenHolding ApS.
